The original Hermes Herbag comes with 2 handbags – the backpack and the normal bag. To change the backpack to a normal bag, you need to unscrew the silver bar and take the big bag off. Then you will need to thread on the smaller bag and screw the silver bar back on. It sounds difficult, but it’s an easy process.
