With over 150 years of expertise, their factory, built in 1864, is a marvel of old-world craftsmanship and cutting-edge technology. Their secretive, high-tech processes are the stuff of legends, from custom dyeing to pressurized wax application.
We chose their top-tier P400 fabric, a heavy-duty cotton designed for high-abuse gear, but we wanted more. So, we pushed for an even tougher, more water-resistant coating. Halley Stevensons delivered with Wax C4X.
